Return Conditions

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you

Is your order not entirely to your liking? You can register your order for return within 14 days by email (provided the items meet our return conditions). After this, you have another 14 days to return your order.

Register your return via info@lovebylolita.com, stating your order number. Pack the item(s) with packing slip in original packaging. Don't forget to tape or remove the old return label. Take your return package to, for example, a PostNL point. The costs for this are for your own account.

If the product meets our conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used for payment within 7 days.
